I just got this dresser and I love it. Still, it came with slice P1 damaged and was missing a handle 177. Who practise I contact to get a handle and a new P1 piece?
I called their client service line. I believe it was a call centre in the states, spoke with a rep, and a new piece was sent out to me. Ours came severely damaged, and they were very quick to ship us a new piece

Rated 3 out of 5 past Louise18 from Decent Bedframe I bought this a couple weeks ago. It arrived damaged but decided to just go on it cause the damaged part was under the mattress. Information technology's cheap quality particle board with a thin laminate cease but it wasn't super expensive then y'all get what you pay for. It was easy to get together. It does look dainty once prepare and the color was nice likewise. I ordered the grayness oak. The drawers aren't too deep but still nice to have the extra storage. And I have the bedframe on carpet and the drawers open up good. The platform is a couple inches longer and then mattress and the corners are pointy which is a safe hazard especially if you have young children. Promise this review was helpful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BHerzog from Horrible and unsafe I do not recommend this product. I bought this for my 3 year onetime son. I loved the await and couldn't expect for it. After three months the drawers in the dresser and the bed started to fall apart and the faces of the drawers started to fall off and one landed on my iii year onetime. The warranty only gives you three months and and then y'all have to go to the manufactures. So I went to the manufacture and they sent me replacement parts and they fell apart again. This is a bed set which should last for years. I do not recommend this product. I am so disappointed with this production and Lowes for not being able to give me a credit to buy some other make in their shop.

Rated 5 out of 5 past Sterling from Great Sturdy Unit Simply built this a few days agone. The box it was shipped in was extremely heavy and the packaging inside was very skillful. The finished product looks very sharp and matches the image on the website. All the required fasteners were included, plus an additional pouch containing actress pieces and a touch upwards pencil for and scratches. My only complaint would be that the instructions aren't overly clear. My suggestion would be to double check which is the forepart and which is the back at several intervals during construction, to make sure the finished edges are facing the front. Other than that, I'm very happy with the finished production.

Diagram for drawers showed 4 holes for 4 screws. There were three holes but only 2 matched. The platform itself was supposed to take holes drilled for brackets at top and bottom, in that location were only holes at one stop. My husband had to drill all the missing holes. Delivery didn't happen as notified. Information technology took the shipper 3 days past the delivery engagement to get the it to u.s.a. - reason given was there was a problem with the label.

Additionally multiple pieces came already damaged. Damage ranged anywhere from scratches to big chunks of wood being missing. The edges of this bed are and then sharp they cut your legs if you crash-land into it equally you walk by. Would non recommend this production to anyone.

Rated iv out of 5 past RinnyB from Great, if you lot're looking for a temporary solution I gave this 4 stars based on cost and advent and not durability as I didn't expect much from information technology when I placed my guild. I ordered both the dresser and the chest and they both arrived damaged which was somewhat disappointing but I was in desperate need so I was not returning them. The chest likewise took much longer than expected. UPS' tracking information became unavailable and no one could tell me where it was or when I could wait it. This was just purchased equally a temporary solution until my daughter can learn to take care of a nicer, solid gear up. In no way did I intend for it to exist permanent equally it will virtually likely non last.

The bed and parts are solid, but I had two issues with broken draw runners and various holes that did non line up making information technology a tough build (iii+hours). Information technology has then many moving parts tough to see how it can all line upwardly. Finally, being so heavy and multi-role - one time congenital it is not like shooting fish in a barrel to move - so build it exactly where y'all want it.

It can be mostly put together with simply 1 person with a little assist to fit together the larger pieces. Have the time to carefully read the instructions every bit they aren't the clearest directions ever written. As other client reviews country the lesser panels of the 2 drawers aren't meant to store very heavy items but we are using them to store game controllers and remotes which works perfectly. two pieces were damaged in shipping and we emailed customer service to become information technology corrected. S Shore client service was very prompt in getting the new pieces shipped to us and nosotros were able to go information technology assembled and finished. I would buy one of their products again.
